Does your City tax food meant for home consumption? Do they tax groceries? Mine does and I'm launching an all out attack to end it. Taxing food is just wrong; it's morally wrong. I am personally unsure where anyone gets the notion that they have a right to tax food. I've started a Petition to help send a message that taxing food is unacceptable. This man is retired and all too well feels the pinching of his pocket when taxes or water rates rise.
