http://gilbertoverride.com is a masterfully done website that very simply and succinctly explains the situation in Gilbert Public Schools.   There are many concepts, principles, and stated facts that correlate very well to just about any other school district.  Of course, the numerical figures would be different, yet in looking at district administrative behaviour regarding overrides and other forms of additional funding, GPS is hardly any different.

What we see is an insight into human nature.  enjoy.
