NATIONAL PRESS CLUB, WASHINGTON D.C.-- Sheriff Clarke talks about Ferguson Missouri and how politicians and irresponsible groups came like vultures on a roadside carcass to exploit the situation. Eric Holder made a bad situation worse with self-serving rhetoric. 9-17-14

Milwaukee County Sheriff David A. Clarke, Jr. speaks at the National Press Club regarding the riots at Ferguson, Missouri.  This long-serving professional law enforcement official is quite candid.  All active members of law enforcement should listen carefully to what Sheriff Clarke is saying publicly and without notes or teleprompter.  His remarks are quite sincere and transparent, and anyone with abadge might be sobered at Sheriff Clarke’s statements; citizens might be even more sobered.   It is past-time for such straight talk, and this senior law enforcement official should be commended for notbeing intimidated by the current events or political atmosphere in our country, nor by the bullies in public office today who are destroying the fabric of our nation.  Please take a few minutes and listen to this law enforcement professional.
