Sending this out to those who are generally very generous in helping with Events and to all else that attend the Grassroots Tea Party Activists who are willing to help that night and enjoy the show.
This is for the Special Independence Day Celebration with Shane Krauser Event on Wednesday July 2, 2014 7 to 9 pm. Doors will open at 6 pm.
Will need people to help with:
Gun Raffle - watch the rifle, and accessories plus take tickets and money, watch over the money
Handle the Sign In Sheets - 1 at each entrance - west side and east side
Someone to handle/watch over the Contribution/Fundraiser Jar
People to help with the food table(s)…..having cupcakes, cheese, crackers, olives
will have serving trays, napkins, plates, and cups
Selling bottles of water at 50 cents a bottle -
Watching the entrance doors.
Please respond with availability as soon as possible.
We will be arriving at the church around 4:00-4:30 to set everything up.
